深水埗维记是老字号，已经帮衬了多次，每次也保持一贯水准。点了蛋牛面，咖咉多，热奶茶和冻央。先说蛋牛面，汤是猪润汤底，加上牛肉颇为鲜味，牛肉够厚有囗感，面质是光身面，很有怀旧口味；咖咉多十分丰厚，份量十足，又软又甜；热奶茶够香，浓，滑；冻央味够浓，整体而言很不错，但价钱会较出面贵，不过性价比已经完胜！Sham Shui Po is an old name, has been helped many times, and always maintains a consistent standard.
