When I asked which cut of the steak it will be, she replied that the steak will be served in slices. The thing is when I’m asking for the steak’s cut, I should expect the answer to be something like “sirloin” or “rib-eye”.

A very bad experience. I do not recommend this shop at all. Probably the other La Vache will offer a better dining experience, hard to say.
