最開心係個皮夠脆脆,中間舊牛油都溶嘅,但如果個菠蘿油係熱辣辣嘅就好啦。

Pineapple bun (known as "Boh loh baau" in Cantonese) is a popular Hong Kong style bun, because of its crunchy crust.

One of its common variants - Pineapple bun with butter (a.k.a. "Boh loh yau") is served with a piece of melting butter inside in the bun.

The funny thing is that it is a sweet bun that contains no pineapple at all. The name is more of its appearance which the golden yellow checkered top crust resembles to the skin of a pineapple.
