My friend and I had all together ordered two set lunch.
上餐之前侍应送上一袋包。附上橄榄油。橄榄油入面有黑胡椒。用包点一点，有橄榄香同胡椒嘅辣。
Before serving the set lunch, a bag of bite-sized bread was served. The bread was served with olive oil. I noticed there is pepper inside the olive oil which I can taste its little spice when I dipped the bread in it.
红菜头汤系将红菜头整成蓉，饮落口清甜冇草青味，加上cream好香滑。
Beetroot soup was made by mashed beetroot. It tastes sweet. With the cream, the soup is fragrant and creamy.
沙律落左盐咸咸地，另加上橄榄油，加d油食起黎唔会太干。第一次食咸嘅沙律，原来沙律咸食都唔错！
蕃茄仔又甜又酸又多汁，菜爽口唔苦，呢度嘅沙律菜重有我最钟意嘅火箭菜！红萝卜切成一条条，入口爽脆清甜。红色嘅蕃茄仔、橙色嘅红萝卜加上翠绿色嘅沙律菜，色彩缤纷好吸引！
The salad tasted salty. I haven’t tried any salad with salt until I tasted it in this restaurant! It is quite special and I love this way of making salad. With the addition of olive oil, it added moisture to the salad. The small tomato was sweet, sour and juicy. Veggies were crunchy and fresh, not bitter at all. There was my favourite veggie: arugula/rocket! Being shredded, the carrot was crunchy and sweet. The salad looked so colourful with the red colour of tomatoes, orange colour of carrots and green colour of vegetables.
Linguine boscaoila
有肉粒同蘑菇。蘑菇滑又鲜甜。白汁唔会好漏。扁面条软硬适中。
There were minced sausage and mushroom in Linguine boscaoila. The mushroom was smooth in texture and sweet. Cream sauce was not greasy which tasted just good. Linguine was neither too hard, nor too soft.
Hunter’s chicken served with potato wedges
春鸡肉嫩多汁，加上旁边粒粒酸橄榄，食入口有橄榄香。加上用新鲜蕃茄整成嘅蕃茄蓉，酸酸甜甜食落更加开胃。薯仔点埋蕃茄蓉一齐食当点茄汁。薯仔粒粒都好大嚿。薯仔皮香脆 ，唔会炸到好干，入面重啖啖薯蓉。The spring chicken was juicy and it was soft and tender in texture. The tomato sauce was sweet and sour which stimulated my appetite. The skin of the potatoes were crispy but it won’t be too dry to eat.
最特别系个甜品，叫Pannacotta。一上枱只见布甸上滴左一滴橄榄油，睇落好似太阳蛋呀！用橄榄油整甜品真系第一次见。食到个布甸有淡淡香草味，问侍应佢话原来落左basil叶。香草🌿同布甸味道好夹。侍应话呢款甜品系师傅特别创作嘅，重话剩系呢间餐厅先食到！咁巴闭，大家黎到一定要试下啦！
I especially liked the dessert Pannacotta. With a dip of olive oil on the pudding, it looked like a scrambled egg. It was the first time I even tasted a dessert with olive oil which is so special to me! Basil was added in the pudding. I can taste the smell of the basil while I eat. The basil matches the taste of the pudding very much! The waitor said this dessert was specially-designed by the chef and I can only try this dessert here. If that’s the case, I strongly recommend you all must try Pannacotta here!
冻柠茶本身已经落左糖浆，糖浆份量恰到好处，唔会太甜。
Having added syrup into the iced lemon tea before served, the amount of syrup added was just right and the iced lemon tea had a moderate sweetness.
