碗物」中清澈o既汤底散发出阵阵o既柚子香,芬芳扑鼻。中o既海鳗皎洁嫩滑,只系小肥不擅长食鱼,第一口已咬到幼小o既鱼骨,食得比较吃力同有少少狼狈

可能和牛𩽾𩾌鱼肝卷实在太细腻,后上o既赤身寿司及三线鸡鱼寿司相比起下就好似有少少过咸同酸,个人觉得略为失色

小碗盖下藏著以鸡汤蒸煮,滑溜无比o既炖蛋。师傅巧妙地以两款浓味o既香煎鹅肝松露薄片提升芳香度,效果意外地和谐,口腔彷佛正跟五月天唱出「默默的让这旋律和我心交响」
