The food here is not bad to be honest, and the spacing between tables are okay given it is centrally located. The air con however is always super strong as they would ensure there is good ventilation but it can be really too cold and your food and tea will turn cold very quickly.What’s worse is their service. So we booked a table for 12 and in the end only 10 of us went. When the bill came, they said it is stated that they will charge according to the number of person according to the booking /when we took the table (see image). We find this very unreasonable especially that they are already charging a 12% service charge.
Be aware of this, as it is often difficult to know the exact number when we first get seated at the dining table (as many have meetings that may overrun or other ad hoc task). Staff there are generally okay but those handling the bill were not too friendly and were not willing to amend the bill, but said it was stated (which is true as well).
Been there quite a few times previously but dont recall any negative experience, but good to know that they can be real strict!
