Amazing gem tucked away in the corner of Tsuen Wan. With just 12 seats around the counter in front of the chefs, this restaurant offers a simple and exclusive dining experience. 隐藏喺荃湾嘅角落，我平时好少去这一带。counter seats只有12个左右，可以近距离欣赏厨师嘅制作寿司。呢度上菜简单但材料睇起黎好新鲜。我试咗唔同嘅寿司，其中以吞拿鱼寿司拼盘最出色。所有食材都新鲜，做得非常出色。大拖罗和萤火鱿鱼绝对值得一试。最后加嘅芥末八爪鱼手卷亦都唔错，食材新鲜紫菜都好脆。整个餐厅气氛热闹，柜枱环境舒适，值得推介。
