我地总共试咗四款唔同嘅蟹 (雪长蟹, 长脚蟹, 毛蟹, 及北海道大闸蟹)We've tried four different types of crabs (Snow long crab, Long-legged crab, Hairy Crab and Hokkaido lake crab)
前菜 (炸蟹仔好好味)Appetizer (The little crab tempura is good)
我觉得唔需要自己整壳好正I like the fact that I don't have to remove the shell myself
个汤好清, 食咗咁多嘢, 饮返个清汤中和吓The soup is light, it helps neutralize the heavy taste.
全晚最失望系大闸蟹, 无咩味, 肉质麻麻This dish is the most disappointed, no wonder they gave out for free
我最钟意系个饭, 好钟意个质感I really like the texture of the rice, that's my favourite out of all the dishes.
因为系我生日, 所以有特别嘅甜品Since it's my birthday, I get a special treat for dessert
