6️⃣ Pork chop with lemongrass vermicelli $72 was nicely done. The fish sauce 鱼露in this restaurant is spicy, unlike in other Vietnamese restaurants. Don’t add too much to the 檬粉如果唔食得辣🌶️

7️⃣ The broth of the tomato, crab roe with vermicelli (containing crab roe, pork, shrimp balls and Vietnamese sausage) $88 was great. It’d be even nicer if there’s more crab meat. Took much time to get the small bits of crab meat from those legs.

8️⃣ Love the young coconut jelly (+$26 from lunch set). It’s not sweet at all, reflecting the real taste of the young coconut.
