Our 2nd time visiting this place; no disappointment again - we were very happy with the services of the very friendly boss - may be we spoke the same language - Chiu Chow dialect. We met the celebrity writer/TV host for foods program, Mr. Au Yeung there again. This time, we ordered special cold fish plates including 琵琶虾 (from $100 a piece), 海乌头 - we were told this was different from the other 乌头 that carried the mud taste. 海乌头 is far fresher and tasty than the normal 乌头. The braised soup with pigs' lungs and green olive 炖猪肺汤+绿橄榄 was so fresh and clear - it may be good for your throat. We then got 炒面线 - the friend noodle was a bit oily while the ingredients were good - it was mixed with some salty sliced meat 咸肉片 and sprout - very tasty though. We also got a simple bowl of brised vegitables cooked with tomato, miced porks and dried shrimps - it was also very tasty. A very happy meal here finished with a bowl of dessert soup - 蕃薯糖水 sweet potato soup. This restaurant is far better than the so-called old and famous 尚兴潮州饭店 Shung Hing located at Sheung Wan. We will be back !
