久仰Te喺日本既大名,新登陆香港当然急不及待去试试啦! 因为想见识吓佢哋点样5秒内完成一个意粉,所以决定坐Bar 枱。简直好似睇魔术一样!个Chef真系5秒将个意粉加热,再加材料炒两炒,唔驶2分钟已经ready,鬼佬同事也不禁大叫:"Amazing!"共有12款pasta供选择,价钱由HK$45到$68不等,大食如我的朋友可加$15变加大pasta。不过,今日为咗要试多几款,一行三人order咗四款:1) Spaghetti Pescatore (Seafood with Tomato Sauce) - 好浓蕃茄同Herb味,虽然明知d海鲜系雪藏既,但都OK㖞!2) Spaghetti Carbonara (Cream Sauce with Bacon)- 好creamy,不过唔够Bacon3) Spaghetti Japonese (Short Neck Clams and Mushrooms) - 材料十足! 够鲜,比较淡口4) Spaghetti Siciliana (Eggplant & Bacon)- 其实都系用same tomato sauce as Spaghetti P
共有12款pasta供选择,价钱由HK$45到$68不等,大食如我的朋友可加$15变加大pasta。不过,今日为咗要试多几款,一行三人order咗四款:
1) Spaghetti Pescatore (Seafood with Tomato Sauce) - 好浓蕃茄同Herb味,虽然明知d海鲜系雪藏既,但都OK㖞!
2) Spaghetti Carbonara (Cream Sauce with Bacon)- 好creamy,不过唔够Bacon
3) Spaghetti Japonese (Short Neck Clams and Mushrooms) - 材料十足! 够鲜,比较淡口
4) Spaghetti Siciliana (Eggplant & Bacon)
- 其实都系用same tomato sauce as Spaghetti Pescatore,所以我觉得两者d味好似
我觉得d 意粉本身最突出,暂时系我喺香港食到最al dente 既pasta!
环境:正如Te sell既系:Not a fast food, not a standard restaurant. It's new style of eating place!
