海老虎即系虾汤味噌汤底，亦都系最多人推介😍！汤底好浓郁，舖上满满樱花虾。有块叉烧但几韧🥲，仲有2粒神虎独有🐷手打豚肉丸，混合莲藕粒增加口感，不过味道一般般哈哈~
✧The crowd favorite has a pleasing and rich shrimp-based broth, with the generously portioned sergestid shrimp as the cherry on top. The charsiu is however, disappointedly chewy🤭. The ramen shop’s homemade pork meatballs are infused with lotus root to elevate the texture, yet they just taste so-so.😅

呢个系海老虎豪华版，多咗一旧好邪恶嘅猪腩肉👍🏻😋😋！个人认为一定要试，炆得好软好入味！另外多咗溏心蛋同味付笋，只蛋系好完美嘅半流心，可惜调味就重手咗啲。笋都唔错，份量仲好多添🥰
✧As the luxurious edition of Shrimp Miso Ramen, the Special is complemented with a clear standout- the simple but decadent pork belly💯! The extra toppings include a half boiled egg and bamboo shoot. The egg is a bit too salty, while the bamboo shoot is yummy.

平时去拉面舖啲芽菜都系任食，第一次见到要收费🥺。份量唔算好多，偏辣，几新鲜爽口😆~
✧Most ramen shops do not charge for spicy bean sprouts, but you have to pay for the dish here. Luckily, the vege is fresh and crunchy, tho rather spicy and in a small portion. 😉
