这个紫薯窝夫配雪糕单看名字已相当吸引，虽然海盐味道不太突出，厨师将紫薯融入窝夫来，不但没有令窝夫变得太多水份，反而却非常脆口，m配以幼滑的云呢拿雪糕，令人想不断吃下去

这个烟三文鱼忌廉汁贝壳粉，厨师将西兰花融入菜色之中，令整道菜变得更加健康，虽然烟三文鱼非常新鲜，贝壳粉易煮得非常烟韧，可惜忌廉汁太浓，令到口感有点黏笠
