🥢天龙轩 Tin Lung Heen .I was so excited for their dim sums! Two Michelin Stars 🌟🌟 dimsum definitely hits different. .My personal favourite was the 花蚌场粉(steamed rice roll with sea cucumber meat), so incredibly sweet and fresh!.Second favourite was the 雪影焗叉烧包 (baked bbq pork bun), the top was so crispy and there was so much filling!.Third would be the 芋茸角 (fried taro dumpling) which was super flaky and with seafood instead of the usual pork..The ikura crab dumpling was also incredible! We also got the abalone tart, what had a giant piece of abalone that was incredibly tender, though I must say the tart base has room for improvements. The shrimp dumpling were super plump but the 大地鱼 flavour was a bit overwhelming. The groupa dumpling (星斑烧卖) was a little disappointing as it alsmot felt like your average 鲮鱼球🥲

We had their premium Char Siu as well which were very tender but the top edges were strangely soft. The stir fry groupa was also in need of a bit more 镬气 .
