Today we are going to the Vietnamese new opening which is located in Vpoint G/f in the street named 登龙street . The boss invited us to try there tasty food, and which is really delicious ! After this , we try their 拿手好菜— soft crab . We heard that the boss in order to maintain the freshness of the crab , they are not use the icy crab, in stead if they use the alive crab , they keep it into the water and fried it if the customer order.
The paper roll of salmon and 海胆 are so special and fresh! The 醉菜inside can really high light the freshness of salmon and the 海胆。
And the drinks you must get the Vietnamese beer , which is really nice and cool characters in this meal.
Then , we try their 镇店 dishes -- noodles.
And the fried 海胆is also special for us too, we make fun of it .
The 椰奶海鲜面 is a fresh and special dishes , you are hard to find that kind of taste among the Vietnamese resterant , which is a must try noodle .
Tomato pork noodles , it is really not sour, instead , it is a bit sweet and easy to 入口。
The beef soup noodles is really tasty! The soup seems like bowl it for long time, the taste of the soup is very 清甜、甜而不腻！
Come along with the 冻猪肉捞檬, which is light and fresh , it is a big difference from the other types of noodles .
It is the starters, it is a fresh and light dishes for us . The pork on the vegetables have a big contrast in this meau.
