Hidden in an alley in Wanchai, @flagship offers a wide range of creative and novel fusion dishes. Ordered their 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐞 without hesitation and it was a pretty nice pick! Topped with a brittle caramel crust, the custard pudding below was extremely smooth and creamy, in an exquisitely rich flavour of condensed milk. Would be even better if it came with a stronger black tea aroma! The main courses were surprising too - 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 turned out to be a flavoursome vegan dish without minced meet. The combination of tender, juicy 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐨 𝐗𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 resembled the traditional Chinese ‘Drunken Chiekn’, interesting and innovative!

躲在小巷里的隐世中西fusion餐厅, 食材的配搭全部都很新颖呢!! 一看到menu上的𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐞就毫不犹豫地点餐了(有和我一样喜欢泰奶的朋友吗??🤎) 顶层的焦糖薄薄一层很脆不会过硬, 炖蛋质地滑溜, 甜味中带的炼奶香, 细细品嗜的话有茶香的余韵, 如果泰式红茶的味道更浓厚一点会更好!! 以为是肉酱意粉却原来是用蘑菇做的素食, 调味做得很不错, 没有加肉但味道也不单调 ( ´▽`) 法国黄油鸡腿加上绍兴酒有种在吃醉鸡的感觉, 肉质嫩滑, 值得一试!!
