Restaurant week’s menu’s $198+10% for 3-course is really value for money and it tastes good, with good vibes and service.

The dish that reflected the most of the Japanese element out of the 3-course menu. Very nicely done and a huge portion.

Slow cooked pork belly bun / pickled onion / deep fried sweet potato / coriander chimichurri / aji Amarillo sauce
The pork belly was very hot when being served. The fatty area didn’t taste like fat at all when it’s inside the mouth. 仲有啲弹牙. All the oil has been 逼晒出嚟when being cooked. Love that! 💗
