6月之星生日, 相约一班女友人共同庆祝, 由于我们人多势众, 餐厅安排左张大台于中间, 未能近距离欣赏港岛区既美景.high tea tower送上, 每款有2件, cakes/scones/macoron/sandwich/puff 等等.先讲咸点: honey roast ham w whole grain mustard and pickles on rye bread- 火腿冇蜜味㖞,冇咩好讲smoke salmon roll and horseradish lemon creme fraiche- 三文鱼籽咸鲜味突出, 个卷软熟, 但冇柠檬味.bacon leek quiche and mini mushroom flatbread -哩个几香菇味, ok.chocolate walnuts scone, cotted cream and seasonal jam -scone可以啦, 但唔够松,有dd硬. jam & cottrf cream都正常.之后食甜点: blueberry meringues-白色棉花糖状既野,一口咬下太过甜了, 似硬左再凝固既糖霜, disli

strawberry and chestnut puff-卖相讨好, puff一般都系配cream 或雪糕,佢配上chestnut 酱, 口感特别
home made mable cheese cake -芝士味浓,cake好软身, 太细件了,想多食几口.
passion fruit mousse -酸酸地,初时以为系mango mousse,好在唔系.食过多款甜点后,这个balance番个味雷,几开胃.
chocolate cognac truffles-对太heavy既朱古力短一向怕怕,这个系甜,但冇乜层次, 唔识欣赏.
mini sponge-太细件,食左都留唔住个味.
daily macaron-脆脆地, 我食既应该系杏仁味, 甜度仅次那个白色棉花糖.
茶方面拣左洋金菊花茶,茶味唔够,但饮落都舒服既.
以每人百几既价钱可有咁舒服既环境high tea系值得既, 又可以订座(最讨厌要企系大堂等位又收费唔平既酒店), 只系服务态度一般, 唔太主动加水,笑容都麻麻. 当日整天大雨露台关闭, 室内都有好多吉台,既然唔太忙就好招呼d啦.我们一行8人冇放飞机之余仲有留credit card no.作deposit架.
题外话/补充资料:
电话订座都至少等3个月, 上到去又唔full, 下次可试下walk-in, 话唔定有位.
