Starting the day right with the Superfood salad (HKD 110). Love the combo of deliciously ripe and fragrant avocado, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes quinoa and kale! Personally I found the caramelised walnuts way too sweet and hard, the purple sweet potato chunks were also quite tasteless which was such a shame. There were also bits of dried apricots in there too. Overall beautiful presentation but there are definitely rooms for improvements when it comes to the fine details of the dish. 🥪Sous vide c

💭Great sauce of protein and the centre of the chicken breast was super juicy (though the edges were a tad drier). A perfect combo with the soft creamy scrambled eggs and beautifully toasted panini (which also had a delightful aroma from the sundried tomatoes!) 😍 Very filling and satisfying!

💭A beautifully plated dish with juicy portabello mushroom, fluffy scrambled eggs and sweet potato fries (I love sweet potato fries!)😋 Delicious though the eating process was very messy. The pink colour of the bun was very instagram-able too, though I must say, not as amazing as the panini.
You can also order with your phone by scanning their QR code, way more convenient than walking out to the counter to make your order! Service was average and the air conditioner was non-existent! So could really feel the summer heat as we ate.
