Impressive Korean dinner spread!We had a full-on Date with Korean set (we've never dated with a Korean thoough) for dinner. The Seoul wagyu and mushroom stew was cooked by the staff at your table and the beef tasted extra delicious when it's prepared in front of you. Both the beef and mushrooms were sweet with bulgogi sauce. Gochujang pork belly was served on a sizzling plate with chives and onions underneath, it was surprising because the meat part of the belly slices wasn't oily! You gotta wrap the pork belly with some lettuce leaves to feel healthier.

Side dishes: TRUELY CRISPY seafood pancake. If you are a fan of Korean pancake, you know it's difficult to find places that make really crispy pancakes, they are usually chewy and starchy. Here the pancake was CRISPY, with very crispy baby anchovies on top, stuffed with a lot of diced squid that smelt and tasted like authentic grilled braised squid!

The spread never ended, we also had spicy-sweet fried chicken and steamed dumplings. These were also properly Korean. I espcially enjoyed the deep fried lotus roots next to the fried chicken.
Cocktails:
The menus looked beautiful and suggested food pairing for your drinks. “See You” was a citrusy pink guava apple soda soju; “Snowing Night” was Seosul Cheongju mixed with marmalade and lime, with savoury seasoned salt on the glass rim, tasted like kumquat lemon! Both quenchers were sweet and summery.
