🥚 呢度嘅蛋站系任选的，基本上每一款都无可挑剔，而四款入面大妈最钟意配酸包嘅一款，因为佢个酸包做得真系非常出色！🥨

🧀 而作为头盘黎讲，大妈觉得个芝士真系无得顶！份量简直大份到食完已经食唔落主菜咁济 😂 不过呢种经典嘅浓郁，真系好少地方会作为头盘咁上，一般都系要ALC咁点选。

主菜就更加唔在讲，见到大家一见到龙虾嘅造型已经比❤️就知道，真系色香味俱全！龙虾都未系最令人惊艳，个德国芝士粉真系无得顶！质感类似义大利GNOCCHI，但就比GNOCCHI更浓郁！咸猪手真系做到啤酒浸过嘅外皮，加上烤得刚刚好，惹味得黎唔会太硬！赞赞赞！🤩👍

甜品主力净系食佢嘅经典口味黑森林，非常正宗，酒味恰到好处，饼心唔会过淋！捧住肚走呀！大妈经常去食就系因为咁，真系好高质呢！大家记得一定要去试下呀！😋

唯一美中不足可以稍稍批评嘅，反而系服务。作为呢个等级嘅酒店餐厅，服务绝对同半岛属下餐厅无得比喔。尤其负责带位嘅东南亚裔混血女士，极度不礼貌，也不只是针对我们一桌，基本上对其他家庭客人也不见得礼貌，唯独见其对单身白种男士颇为殷勤，或许异性相吸吧。🤷♀️
