The Menu Items & the Photos of the food outside doesn't seem too appealing here - but the very low prices certainly do! The 1st time I came here, I was pleasantly surprised that the quality is pretty ok good from bread to soup to other dishes. Another 2 visits after later, I can finally confirm that this really would give Saizeriya a run for its money! ******************- The GARLIC BREAD (Can't find Photo) here is always perfectly toasted on baguette slices, with a strongish garlic and he

- The GARLIC BREAD (Can't find Photo) here is always perfectly toasted on baguette slices, with a strongish garlic and herbal buttery taste. And always served quite hot! You wouldn't believe it if I told you, but this is probably one of the best Garlic Bread I've tried locally, and that's including some fine dining restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
- The CHEESE TOMATO SALSA TOAST is also pretty good too, with a bit of garlic and herbs thrown in. Minus the cheese bit, it was way better than a similar one I ate at TAPEO Tapas Bar earlier this year as well. Completely unbelievable.
- CARROT SOUP. I don't drink really creamy soup so I only tried someone else's whenever I came. For example, their Cream of Carrot soup is ok good, although a bit commercialised.
- TUNA FUSILLI is a very Hong Kong-nised dish in a way, but here despite using canned tuna and quite creamy it was acceptable.
- BAKED CHEESE & CHICKEN SPAGHETTI is surprisingly very good! The Pasta in this shop is always perfectly cooked, despite being par-cooked first and then baked again, this sort of consistency was better than my singular Posto Pubblico experience and many other restaurants indeed. Never of the mushy stuff normally associated with some HK Italian or Cha Chaan Teng restaurants either! The Chicken has some chicken taste and slightly pan-fried before subjected to baking together with the rest of the fish. It carries none of the highly annoying refrigerated taste, sometimes absorbing the fridge's odour. The top gratinated layer of cheese is addictive. Very satisfying dish for around the $4X mark, though portion is a little small.
- BAKED CHEESE & SEAFOOD ANGEL HAIR. The seafood used is obviously frozen stuff with a bit of onions thrown in, but surprisingly it has some pretty good seafood taste compared to the versions at Cha Chaan Tengs. The real test of any Pasta restaurant is definitely the Angel Hair or Cappelini's - and utterly surprisingly, this was the ONLY shop I've tried in HK so-far, who managed to cook their Angel Hair to just the right consistency, still a bit bitey and al dente each and every time. Don't underestimate this tiny restaurant being managed and cooked by young chefs - is my advice! They really do get a lot of things done correctly and with a lot of heart!
- SAUTEEDED ASSORTED MUSHROOMS. This is ok-good, the mushrooms don't have a lot of taste to be honest, its also covered in some type of strange oily-creamy coating which reminds me of pineapple essence for some reason - its the same type of taste you get eating in Saizeriya as well!!! How coincidental.
- SAUTEEDED (No Photos). This is quite fresh and came with a variety of good vegetables, cooked to the perfect point.

ALL IN ALL, MY PIECE OF ADVICE IS - DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE COOKING ACCURACY OF THIS SHOP's KITCHEN, DESPITE THE DECO AND MENU DESIGN AND THE PHOTOS OUTSIDE BEING SO UNATTRACTIVE, AS WHEN THE FOOD COMES, IT WILL GIVE MANY SO-CALLED SPECIALIST PASTA SHOPS AND THEIR CHEFS A HEART ATTACK, WANTING TO HIDE IN THEIR HOLES! THE QUALITY HERE IS BETTER THAN SAIZERIYA AS WELL.. THOUGH A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE
