呢间喺中环嘅 Prime Pho，一直都系汤姆至爱，虽然新铺地点无旧铺咁方便，但系水准依旧。招牌Pho特别有齐生牛肉、牛腩、牛脷、牛根、牛丸、牛展、牛柏叶，用上 USDA Prime 牛肉，肉质嫩滑、肉味浓郁，牛骨汤加入白萝卜，自然清甜。真心 Brass Spoon 都要排第二！⁣⁣Hands down the best pho in Hong Kong!⁣ Their signature Prime Pho cam with USDA Prime grade raw beef, beef brisket, ox tongue, beef tendons, tripe, and beef balls... The soup was cooked with beef bones and radish - super flavourful!
