Gonpachi has arrived in Hong Kong this year. Other than Japan, and Hong Kong, they have a branch in Los Angeles . The price is cheaper than I have expected. Foie Graz and Uni are not that pricy. Great environment! Good service. Restaurant is located in Lee Gargen, on the way walking to the restaurant allows me to get away from the crowd near sogo. Uni Tempura at 稻菊Inagiku is better but this is good too.海胆天妇罗
Their special Stewers are good! I've tried all of them: Toro Belly, Wagyu Beef and Foie Gras are good.

今次也一尝权八的冷荞麦面,味道很fresh, 据说他们的荞麦面每天在店内新鲜制造. I have tried their Soba too. I think they are very fresh. Gonpachi use fine Buckwheat flour ground with a stone mortar to make quality soba noodles. Their soba noodles are made by hand daily.
题外话/补充资料：
服务员态度很好,不断为我们添茶.
