Need to work in the Elements mall, me and my friend finally came to taste the cocktails in literally the highest bar in HK.Blue and purple lighting and relaxing ambience all around, with most are tourists and foreigners. We ordered a Lion Rock and a Tropical cyclone. Lion Rock is made from Black Label, Mezcal Montelobos, Yellow Chartreuse, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup, Orange Bitters, Pinch of Fresh Thyme. The taste is similar to a whiskey sour, but with more flavours on the herbal side, the mouthfeel is round and balanced.
Tropical Cyclone, on the other hand, is Tanqueray Gin, Mango, Yuzu Juice, Coconut Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitter. As the name implies, the palate is full of tropical and fruity tastes, like mango and coconut, giving a refreshing touch to the tongue.
