呢间喺 Rosewood 嘅 CHAAT 非常之难book位。Baked Lamb Samosa 成个甜筒咁,形状非常创新,配埋酱食非常之香口惹味。Chicken Dum Biryani 用酥皮焗成,睇落非常之抢眼,但系食落只系普普通通。Old Delhi Butter Chicken 同 Lamb Chops Tandoori都好食,不过唔好预期会好有惊喜。今次真系眼阔肚窄,食唔晒!嘢食真心唔差,不过坦白讲,铜锣湾 #AladinMess 平成倍,都差唔多咁好食。CHAAT is definitely one of the hottest new elevated Indian restaurants in Hong Kong. Although they were overpriced given that they were technically just "street food", I would highly recommend to order them. For the mains, they were a bit disappointing. The presentation of the chicken dum biryani was very nice - however, it just tasted average with no wow factors. The butter chicken was also just like any butter chicken you could find in Hong Kong. The food was definitely not bad. However, the whole dining experience was just average - I simply did not think the food has been elevated to a point justifying the price point.
