这道菜用咗灸烧嘅做法,将本地乳鸽灸烧。Pigeon肉身加上最上面的炭油味道,Pigeon脚加入鸡肝酱和蒜蓉调味,旁边嘅puree 可以尝到昆布和木鱼嘅味道~

这道甜品取名为特别嘅奶茶,表面一层牛奶foam的下面是茉莉味雪糕,加入咗小麦草嘅糖浆和糖,建议食嘅时候要记得舀到底,先可以食到最底一层嘅椰糖和脆脆!!!
