The snapper soup and udon went well together but tasted rather average in my opinion. There’s this other place which serves really good Madai clear broth ramen, but of course, the price point is very different. 汤底同乌冬没有特别惊喜，心目中有另一家拉面店嘅鲷鱼清汤拉面更优胜🙈
