又系多谢朋友介绍 ,carry 我去食好西嘅环节 🎉Burrata 5.1 - Summer berries, tomato compote, panca chill, thai pesto好特别嘅一款 Burrata,混合咗各式香料调味令口感同味道都更加 complex ,增添嘅酸辣同脆身,同 Burrata 嘅奶香🍼互相晖映。作为前菜有啲惊喜Ox Tongue Yakitori - Waygu Beef tongue, apple slaw, black ceps牛舌厚身但唔鞋,个人觉得配合埋个沙律同 jalapeño 系起到画龙点睛嘅效果,令牛舌嘅味道都丰富起嚟 (利申呢味嘅肝菌唔啱我口味,我个人钟意 juicy 嘅菌类多啲)Goulash - Papadelle, wagyu beef cheek, honeycomb tripe寛面加汁食落滑滑的,最特别系除咗一般常见嘅牛面颊之外仲有牛肚,经过炖煮嘅牛肚烟靭又有弹性⚡️同入口即溶嘅牛面颊各具特色~Oyster - Chittara, Hiroshima oyster, lemon and pepper pearl好精彩,带点焦香

用鸡胸加上鸡腿肉制成嘅鸡卷,包上鸡皮令口感外脆内软。调味好似食紧一碗浓厚嘅担担面咁🥜花生味香得不得了 Threadfin (马友) - Fermented tomato/Escabeche/ Market Fresh Clams/ Clam Jus
肉质鲜嫩,但食落马友嘅鱼油脂香唔系好突出,反而个伴碟嘅蕃茄同蚬都不错 Beef Tartare - Variety Mustard/Picked jalapeno/Fried Taro
Beef Tartare 加入咗炸芋头条,口感有趣,滑中带脆,牛肉嫩而鲜😋 Lamb Spare Ribs - Tzatziki sauce, Harissa oil/Lime leaf
喜欢垫底嘅 yogurt 酱汁,但件羊太焦唔系好啱我口味,同埋落咗嘅油令整体个口感更加腻,有啲over Provencal Gnocchi - Homemade Parmesan Gnocchi. Provencal Sauce/ Semi-dried tomato
圆碌碌嘅 Gonocchi 口感QQ弹弹有咬口,芝士味够香,同充满蕃茄同蒜香嘅汁好夹🍅睇落平凡但食落好满足 Dessert 系普洱 Basque Burnt Cheesecake,有茶甘食落就唔会太滞,呢度嘅cheesecake 口感唔系流心款都几绵密~ 食物几有惊喜,店员都好用心介绍每款食物嘅烹调同特色。份量唔大可以一次过试多几个唔同嘅款式~🤩
