餐厅位于中环,装修雅致,而且有高楼底同落地大玻璃,空间感十足,餐厅后面仲有个环境几靓嘅小酒吧,啱晒同朋友饮下酒倾吓偈餐厅开业一周年,特别推出咗Anniversary Menu,menu包装好多嘢食都几抵食,平时一份牛扒都唔止呢个价钱!1️⃣Charcoal Baguette & Focaccia两款面包都系hand-made,Focaccia比较软熟,Baguette就硬身啲,两款都烘得热辣辣,配埋法国烟熏牛油同原粒蒜头食味道好夹Hamachi & Salmon ceviche 由油甘鱼、三文鱼粒同柑橘粒造成,将馅料放上大块炸饺子皮一齐食,口感丰富,刺身都新鲜Classic cocktail prawn 冻虾大只又弹牙,配上Cocktail sauce 同新鲜柠檬汁都几refreshing2️⃣Pan seared foie gras 鹅肝面头煎至金黄,熟度拿捏得啱啱好而且几香口,配上无花果、多士、黑醋中和油腻感Signature crab crepe 薄薄嘅蛋皮里面包住蟹肉,好多蟹肉系入边😋连埋三文鱼子一齐食都鲜甜Beef cheek Cavatelli 长通粉配粒粒牛面颊肉,有阵时怕呢啲菜

NYC dessert platter 有芝士蛋糕同fig chocolate tart,芝士蛋糕系我钟意食嘅硬质感,好creamy同芝士味重,至于朱古力挞都几浓郁

1️⃣Ayala Champagne 有 citrus, flower同sugar cookie flavour,配前菜几清新
2️⃣Escudo Rojo Reserva Chardonnay (2022) 带点老派嘅矿物味,渗透住melon, pear 同 lime嘅味道, quite tropical 配海鲜类食物都衬
3️⃣Marques De Riscal Doca (2019) 呢只红酒带点肉桂、黑胡椒同甘草味道,余韵沉稳,适合配搭牛扒/羊架
