仲有几日就5.20啦🩷今日提早同另一半庆祝一下,book咗间fine dining餐厅,环境幽静、地方阔落成餐都好似去咗不同地方咁,因为waitress会讲解每一道菜,每道菜灵感都嚟自主厨去过嘅地方、食过嘅美馔再演变出嚟,idea我十分欣赏,每个item嘅decoration都非常精美别致🍽️Tour Around Italy🇮🇹 🥖Bread2款house bakery非常有口感,好少有餐前面包咁好食,口感烟韧,搽上牛油更香口更配合,虽然面包好好食,但都唔好食咁多,否则正餐就食唔落😋🍴Welcome Dish Cracker and salami 🍴SiciliaScallop tartare marinated with Sichuan oil, clementine pure, almonds and black ink三文鱼吞拿鱼他他食唔少,带子他他第一次食,口感软滑鲜甜,配咗少少花椒油调味,味道出奇地配合😋🍴LiguriaSea urchin, oysters, Ricotta cheese foam, soy beans and plankton呢碟摆盘真系似一幅画,少少似沙

2款house bakery非常有口感,好少有餐前面包咁好食,口感烟韧,搽上牛油更香口更配合,虽然面包好好食,但都唔好食咁多,否则正餐就食唔落😋

三文鱼吞拿鱼他他食唔少,带子他他第一次食,口感软滑鲜甜,配咗少少花椒油调味,味道出奇地配合😋

呢碟摆盘真系似一幅画,少少似沙滩feel,生蚝分咗几件布满碟上,有青豆等,用上cheese foam,味道超新鲜有海水味道🦪

我最钟意嘅龙虾肉,肉质有口感,味道鲜甜,有埋鱼子味道更有层次🦞

Tomato soup and Burrata cheese
卖相精致嘅番茄汤,即席加上忌廉,成件事靓咗咁,味道方便酸酸甜甜又浓郁,有三粒不同种类番茄,有不同味道,有较酸的较甜的🍅
🍴Puglia
Homemade "Bottoni" ravioli filled with Alaskan crab meat
蟹肉意大利云吞,形状成个太空馆咁,几cute,三小件但都够食,饀料几多蟹肉,最欣赏番茄汤汁好夹ravioli🦀

Black pork, rhubarb and horseradish
慢煮嚟自意大利南部猪肉,好腍身,份量好足够,不会太腻口🐷

鱼油丰富,煎过香口🐟

雪芭不太甜,味道较清新🍋
