为咗庆祝复活节嘅到来,喺复活节假期前一晚book 咗呢间餐厅食fine dining餐厅地点方便,喺湾仔嘅QRE plaza我哋拣咗呢个sharing menu, $1388+10%, 有八道菜,cp值超高1st: lobster soup好浓的哈味,但略嫌汤嘅质地比较稀,唔够creamy2nd: tuna steak 𠮶topping 好refreshing, 夹埋个吞拿鱼好开胃3rd: grilled oyster蚝本身都算大只,都算肥美,加上芝士同菠菜,食落唔漏4th: clams 呢个超有惊喜,蚬本身好大只好肥,而佢个酱汁亦都非常之有惊喜,系香茅味道嘅cream sauce,酱汁嘅浓稠度做得好好,每只蚬挂到酱汁,而香茅味都提升左蚬肉本身嘅鲜味5th: foie gras with onsen tamago 鹅肝系切细细一旧的,表面有焦糖嘅香气,但同温泉蛋嘅味道有少少分开6th:lobster 超好食,龙虾本身好新鲜,虾肉好弹牙鲜甜,底盘有Cous cous, cous cous 吸收埋龙虾嘅肉汁,真系好好味7th: 45-day dry age striploin (mediu

蚝本身都算大只,都算肥美,加上芝士同菠菜,食落唔漏

呢个超有惊喜,蚬本身好大只好肥,而佢个酱汁亦都非常之有惊喜,系香茅味道嘅cream sauce,酱汁嘅浓稠度做得好好,每只蚬挂到酱汁,而香茅味都提升左蚬肉本身嘅鲜味

里脊肉本身充满又香,肉质做得好好,有咬口得黎唔会韧,每咬一啖啲牛肉都咇出黎。佢嘅配菜喺花椒炒的,麻麻辣辣咁配牛肉嘅油香有几得意
