今次要介绍嘅系位于鲗鱼涌嘅 Catch.，系一间主打澳洲菜嘅餐厅。我哋之前已经去过坚尼地城店，而鲗鱼涌店开张之后，我哋到访过两次。整体而言，Happy Hour 时段嘅价格颇吸引，而员工都好友善，值得一去。Catch. is an Australian restaurant located in Quarry Bay. 份量颇大，富肉汁且质感鲜嫩。
The portion is quite large, and it tastes juicy and tender in texture.

鸭腿较令人失望，肉质好干。
The duck leg is quite disappointing as the texture is very dry.

用上XO酱同橙皮作调味，令味道好清新。海鲜同样出色，质感爽嫩。
The seafood spaghetti tastes refreshing with the XO sauce and orange. The seafood tastes exquisite, and the texture is fresh.

牛肉质感软熟，同虾片嘅松脆形成对比。牛肉他他混入芫荽，组合颇为新颖。
The beef tartare is soft, which contrasts with the crispness of the prawn crackers. The beef tartare is mixed with coriander, and the combination is quite refreshing.

份量颇多，但相对欠缺特色。

生蚝本身唔算特别出色，惟表面嘅红桑子酱嘅酸味提升返生蚝嘅鲜味。
The oysters themselves are not particularly outstanding, but the sourness of the raspberry mignonette granita enhances the flavour of the oysters.

虾肉新鲜，肉质爽弹，同酱汁嘅味道搭配。
