星期日夜晚食火锅,人不算多,最怕食物不够新鲜,潮锅是朋友推介,火锅食物质素非常高,虽然觉得喺香港打边炉好贵,但系都想支持高质素的火锅店!当晩最惊艶的是椒盐鱼蛋,平时也是鱼蛋爱好者的我,总是对鱼蛋评头品足,今晚呢碟椒盐鱼蛋,一个字嫩,新鲜弹牙,椒盐惹味,吃出了鱼蛋新高度!😋😋😋朋友喜欢象拔蚌,所以我们也叫了刺身,切得不错,也非常新鲜,我自己不是很爱鱼生,所以放在锅里灼一灼,鲜味无比!在香港吃牛肉,最惨同大陆比较,这碟牛肉叫腩底,肥瘦适中,除咗价格系大陆嘅三倍,牛肉质素相当不错!另外叫了田鸡,新鲜㓥,非常好味 (要知道,不是间间火锅店都有生㓥田鸡😜)水饺、云吞一食都知道材料新鲜。火锅店最重要的是火锅料,够靓够新鲜,即使我认为唔算平,起码都有食物质素!虽然餐厅话有八折,我们埋单都要$19XX. A highly recommended HK style hotpot restaurant. What’s HK style hotpot? You can enjoy sashimi and hotpot on the same table,and u can have both quality beef and seafood at the same meal. The soup base is important, but the quality and freshness of food is more emphasized in HK style hotpot. When we have the Sichuan Chilli hotpot, the spicy soup is the star, or if you go Chiu Chow style beef hotpot, beef is the star. I would say HK style hotpot is the balance of everything and emphasize the quality of the food.
The meal was a bit pricey as we have ordered the geoduck sashimi ( just 2 ppl ), despite the price, the beef and the chilli fish ball were impressive. The fish ball was definitely the best I have ever had. 😋😋😋 A satisfied hotpot !
