Halfway Coffee is just another coffee shop you have to visit! It's has been on my bookmark list for so long. It's a coffee shop with great style and also a very good photo spot They decorated the shop in vintage industrial style, serving western coffee in traditional Chinese cup, their style attracted me, that's also why I came here for brunch It didn't disappoint me. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful, she gave us some suggestions on choosing coffee and food.
The food here is quite costly to be honest, it took me over $120 to get a sourdough bread and a cup of coffee, but the food looked so great. I order a slim latte and a scrambled egg and parma ham on sourdough bread. The food surprised me with it's look . The huge toast was nicely placed on dish with some salad sauce on side.
Toast was good, crispy at the outside, and was fully covered by the scrambled egg! The scrambled egg was good too, fresh and not oily at all.
For the coffee, I read some review here and already known the coffee they served is sourer then those from other coffee shop, so it didn't bother me at all, just not the kind of coffee I like, but it's not bad.
Although Halfway Coffee is a bit costly to me, but the environment is worth the fee. A nice place to spend a morning!
