Mohinga is considered one of the national dishes of Burma, which is Lemongrass Catfish broth prepared with cropped and thin round rice noodles. For your imagination, it tastes like laksa, but the stew is not too spicy. Side with the sunny hard-boiled egg and crispy fried split pea to make the texture more crunchy.

𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢 is a mixed rice dish inspired from India, here using the grandmother recipe of slow-cooked 12 hours Grass-Fed Beef with tomato relish basmati rice, well blend the raisins and cashew nuts together. It is aromatic and moist.
