𝗨𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 is one of the 𝑩𝑬𝑺𝑻 restaurants I have tried this year!!𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙🥘, 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 v𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚💰, 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞v𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧v𝙞𝙘𝙚💁🏻♂️ 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 v𝙞𝙗𝙚!! 💓💯𝗨𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, located on the slope of Aberdeen Street in Central but it is definitely worth to the climb!! 🧗♀️🥰Specialising in Western cuisine with a Japanese twist. - Clams were huge with around 8-10 pieces! “Swam” deep inside the sake sauce🍶🤩 Crispy toast besides, perfect!

- Strong and heavy flavour of 🦐🦐🦐! The pasta🍝 was cooked perfect, love the texture so much!! So chewy!!!! 💯

- Surprising dish!! The kimchi dressing did a good pair-up with both Abalone & Tofu! Chewy abalone with juicy tofu.

- This was the 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏🥇and the 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 of this meal!!! The beef was so tender and juicy; the sauce did a great pair-up with the beef 🥩! There’s around 6 pieces and I can definitely finish them all😜 𝙇𝙤v𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙨𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝!!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤤

- The udon was so smooth and chewy! The clams on top were really fresh !!!

- Perfect medium rare, soft and juicy🥰 Love the sauce so much!!! Not sure what was the mixture but truly delicious!!

Forgot to mention that 𝗨𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 was newly opened few months ago with 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 💗 Love the atmosphere there🥰
One of their owners Jack👨🏻💼was there on that day, super friendly and attentive!
All dishes were in 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 v𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲💰!!! Their lunch set was priced from Hk88+ and you can enjoy a complimentary drinks if you book via Openrice!!
