Another stunning presentation! It was somehow like those raw prawn from Thailand but of course better. A nice starter to wake the stomach😋

Tried only a fraction of the selection. My personal favourite was the snails😍 It’s reimagined in a croquette style which had bursting garlic parsley inside. Honestly, I think you could just order as much as you like! Btw, do try their homemade spice made with 15 kinds of French spices🌶

This skate wing is mind blowing 🤯 The aroma was the first thing that caught me. It was full of oil and charred. The meat stayed moist and soft after teppanyaki. The spices sauce on side was insane. It was like Chiu Chow chilli sauce but a bit subtler that gave only a pungent kick without overwhelming the fish. It added much vibrancy to the dish.

Last but the least, some grilled lemon for citrusy to ease the heaviness and gave you some refreshing notes. I can easily finish it all by myself😋

I love the container of the dish so badly! And actually all the culinary and plates here are so good! There were some soft potato pieces 🥔 inside which I personally would skip. The charcoal flavour was not really apparent. Adding the spicy sauce from the skate wing was amazing!

I think who order the skate wing will get some garlic too. The two paired very well and it was my favourite garlic so far 🧄

Of course some dessert before leaving. I think it’s quite a nice move for a fine dining restaurant making croffle, something looks low but rightfully delicious. What I would call as quality is that you could imagine how delicious the croissant could be if it’s not made as a croffle 🥐
