I was planning to visit the restaurant next door, but closed. Ending up decided trying this restaurant instead.Seeing two out of three groups customers were Japanese family, quality seems promising. Rich miso ramen had a promising strong miso flavour. Neither thicken, oily nor heavy. It tasted very umami. Ramen was cooked perfectly, in el dante. Corn was incredibly sweet that the sweetness well balanced the savouriness from the miso. Generous shredded spring onions gave so much freshness to the noodle. Two sliced of char siu was also served. Lean and tender.
Dumplings were crispy. Nicely wrapping right amount of stuffing. Meaty but quite oily.
Overall, nothing special. Not bad.
