𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 🥂First time visiting the Pondside and it was located inside the Hong Kong Park🌴. Seeing nice reviews praising the vibe and the dishes, finally planned a visit! They have indoor bar room, tables with garden or pond views, and an outdoor palm garden. Staff there emphasised their chef experienced in cooking Japanese dishes, so we ordered 2 dishes with Japanese touch🇯🇵. The combination of seared scallops and sea urchin sauce were intriguing. Tender scallops paired with the umami-rich sea urchin sauce, it can create a harmonious blend of flavors.

Definitely the MVP of the meal! This Black cod has a buttery and flaky texture that pairs well with the sweetness of the miso glaze. Cooked to perfection and the miso glaze enhances its flavors, love it!

This Gyudon was highly recommended by the staff and we were attracted by the sliced beef & onsen egg! The onsen egg added richness and depth to the dish. The stone pot provided an interesting twist to the traditional gyudon. Recommended!

First time trying Willington Pigeon! Love the crispy exterior but the pigeon is a bit overcooked.
Overall, the dining experience was really great! Staff were super attentive and friendly👩🏻💼👨🏻💼🧑🏼💼, vibe was really good, perfect for dating! 💕💕😉
