— Really enjoyed this refreshing appetiser which really got my appetite going for the rest of the dishes! Loved the acidity this dish had to offer as well as the sweet and salty flavours which really got my tastebuds tingling. The pork and prawn filling were well seasoned and went really well with the crunchiness of the betel leaves. Definitely recommend trying this out!


Pic 2️⃣: Steamed Red Curry of Scallops with Thai basil - $158 hkd 🐚
— Another very flavourful dish! The scallops were super fresh and steamed to perfection, leaving the meat still really tender and juicy. The red curry was very interesting, initially thinking this would be a sauce, the red curry was actually cooked into a much more solid texture, much like the texture of the scallop itself. Not to mention, this dish definitely has a kick to it and is great for all spice lovers.


Pic 3️⃣: Grilled Prawn Satay with Southern-style sauce - $158 hkd 🍤
— Was quite disappointed with this despite how good it sounded 🥲 The prawn was way too dry and had a slightly stringy texture. However, the sauce was quite delicious, though extremely spicy as it was made from a blend of different spices.


Pic 4️⃣: Aromatic curry of chicken with ratte potato served with cucumber relish - $238 hkd 🐔
— The curry was slightly underwhelming in my opinion. It had a rather watery consistency and lacked richness and savouriness to it. The chicken was also quite bland, didn’t seem seasoned and it wasn’t able to absorb any of the flavours in the curry. The potatoes might’ve been the best part as they had the most flavour and had a pretty soft, buttery texture.


Pic 5️⃣: Mango with Sticky Rice - $118 hkd 🥭
— Pretty average, the mangoes were really sweet and fresh but other than that the dish didn’t really wow me in any way.


Pic 6️⃣: Amuse-bouche
— Good way to start off the meal, the sweetness and acidity from the pineapple was contrasted with the savoury shredded pork topping.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad Thai food, but it simply didn’t live up to its 1-Michelin starred rating in my opinion.

⭐️Would visit again?: Hmmm 🤔 Probably not, but some dishes are ok to try!
