It's wonderfully well integrated with flavor and health. For mains, I had Imi wagyu A4 with potato (+HKD388), the steak was intensely marbled and wonderfully fatty. It tasted EXCELLENT and melted in my mouth with every bite. I also tried another main course "Seabass", served with clam and wild asparagus sauce. The seabass remained tender and soft with superbly presented, the flavor was fresh and buttery with a hint of the ocean. Don’t forget to save room for the banana with roasted vanilla dessert.
