From the onset, OVO has always been a premium experience, so I was a bit surprised that when I was greeted at the reception desk of the restaurant that the greeting was rather rude. It was a normal "do you have reservations?" which I did not have, but felt like "why don't you have?" then a toss of the menu onto the table. It was a normal "do you have reservations?" which I did not have, but felt like "why don't you have?" then a toss of the menu onto the table. When a family came in, the same host impatiently waved them over to the table next to me. I was surprised to see this kind of mannerism from the host, it did not match the perception that I have of OVO. Even the waitstaff was uppity, there was no confirmation of your order or any kind of interaction whatsoever. If you are in a service business, then serve the consumer. Be pleasant and interactive.

I ordered the risotto balls in curry, it was just "meh" for 88hkd and 98hkd with service. Thanks but no thanks, the service needs to be improved upon. It was just not a good start to a meal. Would not go back.
