Superb value sushi joint in Wan Chai. 4 seats at the counter, and two tables outside provide a minimal dining experience that goes back to what sushi is about. Highlights include foie gras  and wagyu beef sushi for trendier options, with classic standbys like scallop and fatty tuna nigri being fresh. Bill for two for came out to HKD260, and wish there were more places like this in Hong Kong.
