21:20 already not allow dinning in!!

Tried couple times already! Although they said the shop closes at 22:00, when we arrived at counter around 9 they would tell people they only allow take away, since last order is at 9:30... ok... but it’s only 9:15 or so, and that’s last order, I’m already at counter and ready to order, I don’t understand why I can’t order and eat there!!! Then I said isn’t it close at 22:00, 45 mins is more than i need to eat a fast food?!!!! But couple times already they would refuse to take order .... this is
