Went there for lunch with my friend. Full booking except the bar counter, but since I m just too hungry, so just go for the bar counter. For starter, I got Goat Cheese Custard with crushed hazelnuts and Iberico Jamon without a second thought. ❤️ Cuz goat cheese Custard sounds so good to me. Loved the Iberico Pork Rack with apple puree, refreshing taste. And I wonder, how come they could cook the pork rack that juicy and so tender.. Would really want to have a try at home. And for the mussels, they were so creamy.
Finished the meal with apple tarte tatin🍎 crispy and it's always so good to end on a sour note - less greasy I felt. .
Satisfied with this 3-courses.
