Tucked away in Camel Paint Building is this humble Chinese restaurant which specialises in Chicken dishes, and some Northern Chinese specialties such as deep fried pork chop and northern style wontons.Having chatted with the staff of the restaurant, I came to learn that the four team members were once chefs at prized 5* hotels and they teamed up to open something together, which turned out to be absolutely nothing short of spectacular.I had their Hainan chicken on quite a few occasions already b
Having chatted with the staff of the restaurant, I came to learn that the four team members were once chefs at prized 5* hotels and they teamed up to open something together, which turned out to be absolutely nothing short of spectacular.
I had their Hainan chicken on quite a few occasions already but torn about having it with oil rice (rivals the Grand Hyatt’s dish) or “Dan Dan” noodles, which is cooked al dente with a rich and aromatic broth.
I now come here weekly and this restaurant and it’s team have stolen my stomach and heart!
