The following happened 3 times in a raw / I didn’t complain before but enough is enough So, I ordered their signature takeaway burger (the one with the Portobello mushroom and onions and cabbage ) and in the special instructions I asked for no mayonnaise and for the fries 🍟 to be replaced by roasted veggies.Guess what : I got a burger with fries - again !. To add insult to the injury, the burger was just a bun and a slice of cheese (+the meat patty) : they even didn’t put what they are advert

Guess what : I got a burger with fries - again !. To add insult to the injury, the burger was just a bun and a slice of cheese (+the meat patty) : they even didn’t put what they are advertising on the menu : Portobello mushrooms , onion cabbage and mustards.
(At least they got mayonnaise instructions right )
Is it that difficult to read instructions from my takeaway online order ?! I always put them in uppercase so that they don’t get missed .
Finally, I also noticed that they stopped using an excellent ciabatta ban and replaced it with a horrible McDonald bun !
Can you imagine : 91 HKD for a McDonald burger !? Thank you Public !! This is probably the last time you saw me - no need to apologize or anything - we are done.
