French food private kitchen - sounds really exciting! But I was a bit disappointed about my experience. To begin with, the waitstaff was friendly, but not very knowledgable. English-speaking friends at my table had such difficulties communicating with them. The waiters were also smoking right outside the kitchen, which I think is quite disgusting. The food was OK; not terribly French, more than the generic HK version of "Western" food. All in all, it was a tad less exciting than I had expected.
