Coyote is always the all time favourite Mexican joint in HK for us especially the kids. The vibe, the food and the people are always good. Service might not be the best to some others but I find the servants very helpful and all prices are reasonable in regards to the food quality and portion. I am a big fan of sauce so basically all dishes are my favourite. Starting the night with a surprisingly strong red sangria spiced up our appetite. Party platter is a must order when kids are there. The pulled pork slider is the little boy’s favourite. Grilled salmon Caesar, fajitas and enchiladas are amazing. Down side is the fish taco in which I made a soft shell order in which everyone else expected a hard shell version. Otherwise all dishes are above expectation and everyone was happy. Will definitely go again.
